PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
Maintaining individual and company privacy is important to Ecolibrium, users of the website and enquirers by other means. Thus, the company has developed this policy to provide assurances of online and other information practices. To make this policy easy to find online, it is available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
This policy applies to all information collected / submitted on the Ecolibrium website or subsequently collected / submitted by any other means. At present, online information collected is only through information submitted by users of the site; other indirect means (eg. via use of "cookies") are not utilised by the company. We do not share any information on individuals or companies of any nature with any outside parties, except where this disclosure is required to allow progress of a project already commissioned by a client.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT
Ecolibrium provides integrated environmental science, technology and management consultancy services to industry, commerce and public bodies. As such, these services inherently lead to environmental benefit and improvement.
However, the company recognises that its activities still have a range of actual or potential impacts on the environment. It therefore realises and understands its responsibilities in addressing these. Thus, Ecolibrium is committed to the continual improvement of environmental performance through the annual determination of challenging objectives and targets, and, in the longer term, through an implemented Environmental Management System.
Thus, the company attaches great importance to reducing environmental impact across all activities, from marketing activity and consultant travel, through to the provision of advice / solutions to clients. More specifically, the company will endeavour to:
- Meet and exceed the requirements of all relevant legislation and regulations
- Promote energy efficiency in all areas of activity (eg. office, transportation)
- Reduce, wherever practicable, the use of car / personal transport
- Eliminate or reduce, where practicable, waste from operations (eg. from proposal / report preparation)
- Procure the most sustainable products available (eg. office consumables)
- Provide appropriate training to all personnel, and encourage them to apply good environmental practice
- Review projects to, where appropriate, ensure implementation of means to minimise environmental impact and / or prevent pollution
- Ensure that any environmental consultancy, or auditing conducted, delivers the most appropriate recommendations to minimise actual or potential impacts of subsequent action.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
Ecolibrium Ltd. is committed to the implementation of measures that are designed to minimise the risks, as far as is reasonably practicable, to the occupational health and safety of employees, or others who could be adversely affected by company actions or services. This is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Ecolibrium Ltd. will take steps to meet this responsibility through the provision of:
